Residence Inn by Marriott Nashville Metro Center

Couple days into our stay we’re beyond pleased with the quick response time and attention to detail from Mr. K, Jeanet, and Joy. When there was an issue with bathroom they made speedy accommodations and were eager to please. As we come and go from the lobby they’re so pleasant and welcoming. Mr K went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and comfortable with changes. From housekeeping to maintenance to front lobby to management we have had nothing but pleasant experiences.

Came for work and felt very welcomed by Jeanet at front desk. There is a free shuttle to take you to Broadway and Samuel was always safe and responsive. Taylor at the bar served the best old fashioned and was great to talk with. Pool was fantastic. Great Gym. Rooms are lovely and new.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was wonderful, but my experience with the front desk was disappointing. One of the staff members consistently had an attitude during every interaction, even over the phone when I just called to ask a question. I would definitely consider staying again, but that unpleasant attitude left a negative impression.

My family was displaced from the ice storm and needed a place to stay. The staff was kind and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect. We are greatly appreciative for the high quality stay during a stressful time.

I have watched Residence Inn be built over the past year or so (from across the street at a different hotel), and was eager to stay. While my experience was fine on the whole (great check-in host, clean everywhere, good food at breakfast, comfortable bed), there was a disappointing amount of sound transmitted through the ceiling. [The guy upstairs walked a lot, and talked on the phone a lot, neither of which I expected to be able to hear in a brand-new hotel with 9ft ceilings.] I will likely stay there again, though. It my have been a fluke of my particular room (and a particularly loud guy upstairs).

Great hotel for a multiple nights stay. Rooms have a full kitchen with dining area or breakfast bar and a living room. Various breakfast options and a spacious meeting room.

Great hotel. Clean and nice. My only complaint is the water pressure. It was more like a trickle. Thankfully we only stayed one night. Otherwise, it would’ve been a bigger problem.

Had a lovely stay last month for 5 nights. Nice location and everything was clean. Comfortable bed and kitchen was perfect. Friendly staff (with the exception one lady that was a little unfriendly and cold) I would highly recommend staying here. Only inconvenience was maintenance men coming in the rooms to fixed the phones. Took about 30 minutes. But all the other positives made up for it however.
